whose primary goal is to service the burgeoning hedge fund industry and to be the leading and comprehensive source for news, developments, and trends within the industry.

Arbitrage Media will deliver information and insights about the hedge fund 
industry via print and web products. It is positioned to service the growing alternative investment sector and become the sector’s impartial, comprehensive and trusted authority on trends, critical developments and macroeconomic/financial conditions affecting the alternative investment world.

Joseph Ferrick, President & Publisher

Mr. Ferrick has over 12 years of advertising sales and sales management
experience and has worked in various types and sizes of media companies with
great success at each. Whether it has been technology magazines such as CRM
Magazine or Line56 Magazine, shelter magazines like This Old House, financial
magazines such as Individual Investor, entertainment magazine such as The Cable
Guide or even selling advertising into the NYNEX Yellow Pages, Mr. Ferrick has
helped customers with their advertising needs and helped them grow their
businesses. The products that Mr. Ferrick has sold have included print, online,
webcasts, trade show exhibit space and custom publishing. He holds a BA in
English from The State University at Buffalo.



Joseph Lazzaro, Vice President and Director of Content

Mr. Lazzaro is a veteran journalist with more than 12 years managing/senior
editor service in publishing and journalism. Prior to his current position, Mr.
Lazzaro was Managing Editor for New York-based financial news web sites Wall
Street Europe / Wall Street Italia, and for IPO.com.  Mr. Lazzaro played an
important role in the development of the Wall Street Italia and Wall Street
Europe editorial operations, and within two years WSI became the largest and
most-read financial web site serving Italian investors. In addition, IPO.com won
Forbes Magazine’s “Best On The Web 2000” award. Prior to the financial editor
posts, Mr. Lazzaro served as a copy editor and news editor for the Pulitzer
Prize-winning Hartford (Connecticut) Courant. Mr. Lazzaro holds a Master's
Degree in American Government and International Economics, and a B.A. in
Journalism, both from the University of Connecticut.
